Setting the bar.........
My hubbies goal in life is to be an amazing father.............so amazing in fact that he aspires to make it tough for my girls to settle for just any man! Setting the bar high by being an example of what a man is suppose to be like by being that man! What an unselfish way of thinking! I wish we all had fathers like this. Off I go to deal with my own father issues..........sigh.......

someone missing......
We are so thankful to our dear friend Noriko who catches such wonderful moments of our family with her talents. This appears to be a complete and full family.....yet, I feel and know that someone is missing! I know I am beyond blessed for having had these miracle triplets yet there's a void. Before having these babies we lost two beautiful ones in utero but I've mourned that and know that what the enemy takes away the Lord restores. Not a mistake that I went on to have three......I've been restored. yet, there's a void.
We have one little one, Jonah (i've named him Jonah because I feel as if he's in the belly of the whale right now.....waiting....and yes a boy.....just because.....no real reason), he's just waiting for us in a frozen state. Why we don't give him a fighting chance now.....well, I haven't been told why yet. It's no secret that Anthony and I yearn for a large family but life curved on us and we face many challenges in that area yet, i know my big family dreams are promised so I'm in no hurry.
I want to enjoy my three before we increase our family. No, i don't feel like they're missing out on mommy and daddy time for being triplets....I know some think that but I was raised as an only child and trust me............there's nothing more i wanted than siblings...........if anything I believe they're life to be full. They get my complete and 100% attention and we spend quality time with each of them. They miss for nothing.
I don't know if our little frozen embryo will make it through the thawing stage and i don't know if it will be strong enough to attach..........but I pray for him daily! I love him already! And if we're not to be together in this lifetime.........then I pray my Father holds them tight.....for now, i hold my earthly angels!

the meaning of life
ok, so i don't have it all figured out! I'm a 33 year old women, in some city, in some state, in some country on this planet. I watch my miracle babies discover new things and my heart hurts with so much love. If this is how I love my kids and it's only a fraction of how our God loves us........then I realize the meaning of life. He watches us......cheering for us.....crying with us.....pushing us on. Yes, He ultimately can have us do what he wants but the CHOICE to want Him and to love Him is what he seeks. I see it.......a glimpse.......

Who's your daddy???
Daddy Day
We call it Daddy day when Daddy watches the babies so mommy can do her thing. I love that I get greated with a host of stories of the fun stuff they did and picture samples! God knew what he was doing when he gave me this man. Yes, raising three at the same time is tough......but it helps when you're partner is in it 100000000000000000000% percent!

Santa Monica in May
Daddy had a Thursday off so we decided to head off to the Santa Monica Promenade and enjoy hte day. The babies haven't been to the beach since last year and since they're only 2 they have forgetten it. Though we didn't venture into the lovely SM water we played in the sand and that was more than enough for this trio! Days like these just take my breath away. They have such great personalities and are so confident. I'm so proud of that!!!!

soooooooooooo long in coming

Ok. so it's been ages since I posted! Life has gotten really busy as they're little minds are discovering more everyday. Not to mention that I started to work part-time at my church as a women's ministry coordinator. check out our site....www.godchicks.com
the babies are beyond cute lately and I see them playing with each other more. They use to just side by side play but now they pass little plates around and try to pretend feed each other! it's too cute to see the bond that they have! being raised as an only child.......... I LOVE IT!
We took them to Disneyland last week with some friends of ours who also have triplets. We weren't sure how the day would go becuase we've never missed nap time before so we were prepared to come home at 3. well, no way baby! They lost their minds!!!!!! they loved it sooooooooooo much! They ran around Toon Town like they were part of the toons and they loved all the little kid rides and never cried! The girls got pictures taken with the Little Mermaid and he got his picture with Pluto. Oh, but at the end we got to meet Mickey!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They could not believe their eyes! The girls were trying to make out with him.......we're a very affectionate family....hahahhaha! and little man sat right next to Mickey and patted his knee. Mickey put his arm around him and Anthony got the biggest smile in the world! He knew Mickey was his buddy! We spent 5 minutes alone with him! It was just sooooooooo cute!
Another popular ride was the submarine with Nemo. They don't know who Nemo is but they sure know water and bubbles and that was enough for them! They took 45 minute naps in their strollers while we ate funnel cake and coffee (naps are usually 3 hours) but they woke up happy as can be and ready for more! We're headed back for more in May and this time we'll stay for the parade. I can't wait to see their faces for that!
When I was little my parents would take me to Disney but it was lonely as an only child and I would see all the other families with tons of kids having a great time and I longed to be like that......my dream came true!

Yes, we're all dressed the same. we're easier to spot this way!

TOUGH TO RAISE THREE???....NOT AT ALL!
The babies in a rare quiet moment of Plaza Sesamo TV watching.

So, the question is always "how hard is it" or sadly enough the "poor you" comments. Here are just a few You Tube clips you may want to check out.........
and my personal favorite! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JkVXv-vlCvs
if that doesn't give you a piece of my life........then nothing will!
Yes, it's not easy......but I'm sure glad I get to live this life!

power walking
Daddy's birthday
TRIPLE STROLLER

we had a play date at the zoo with 13 other triplets.
You can imagine the amount and LENGTH of all our strollers.
This is our latest.
Now...have you ever walked by one of these or even twins and asked...ARE THEY TRIPLETS? ARE THEY YOURS? POOR YOU! YOU MUST BE BUSY! BETTER YOU THAN ME!.....yes all comments I get for the most well intentioned people! well, my answer is simple.....YES, THEY'RE TRIPLETS, THEY'E MINE, I'M BLESSED BEYOND MEASURE, TOO BUSY TO STOP AND TALK TO YOU.....and the kicker that i wish i could say.....YES, GOD MUST THINK I'M PRETTY SPECIAL BECAUSE HE PICKED ME AND NOT YOU!
ok, the last one is rude but I've only done that one once! And they were just down right rude with different comments they made.
I don't mind inquisitive or if you just have questions but if you're just mean then you deserve that comment. but alas, i know that my answer will change soon because my kiddies are starting to understand English more (they only speak spanish) and I want them to follow my GOOD ATTITUDE.......My goal is to have them understand how special they are because they're triplets and let the fame be seen that way rather than freaks. Which is sad to say that some people see it that way! They must not get out much!
You have to understand that the humor is that most of these comments come from mom's who are dragging their own kids behind them! I've even had mom's with 4 kids come and try to give ME pitty!
I always feel sad when it's a mom that says rude things because then it leaves me wondering......ARE THEY ENJOYING THIS JOURNEY AND SEASON WITH THEIR KIDS OR IS IT JUST A BURDEN???.......it's a blessing.....everyday proves it.
big kids table

no more babies on high chairs......sad...i take a moment and cry.
They wont even let me feed them oatmeal! They want all by themselves and clap when they're all sitting. If two sit and one is still running around they start calling each other. And not 'till everyone is sitting do they clap. How's that for team work?

PLAY TIME

This is what my family now looks like! toys everywhere!!!!
Anthony gets so tired of playing sometimes that he likes to snuggle up with his sister.
Yes, one of the many great things about having three is that they are their own play dates and they actually love each other and are dear to one another......at times!!!
Alannah is my mommy of the group and she'll always take a moment to kiss you if she thinks you have an "OH OH" which means hurt in our house!
